To design products for companies is a task that especially requires personal commitment. As a designer, I have to develop a feeling for the companies I work with. This is best achieved if intensive contact with the people in the company is established and this is why personal support is very important for my work. For you as a customer, I am the responsible point of contact who is the expert on your project.

The process of design development has to be based on the requirements and needs of the customer. It is necessary to jointly determine internal project phases, decision deadlines and the required scope of services at an early stage. Therefore, it is essential that a project lead from the company is closely involved in design development. Throughout the entire process the flow of information is of immense importance to the success of the project.

The success of design development depends on the right objectives being set. The concept formulation differs according to the industry, company and project. Especially when it comes to product designing, there are often differing expectations of what is intended to be achieved with the project.
