For the most important phase - the establishment of a design concept - I can always provide you with precise and binding information on the scope of services and costs. The subsequent stages that are based on the result of the concept phase, can generally be calculated with precision due to my experience. With the presentation of the design concept, a binding calculation for subsequent project phases can be submitted.

My proposals are based on a detailed discussion about your undertaking. Regarding this, I plan the required scope of services, the allocated costs and draft an initial time frame. You will then receive a detailed description of the work necessary and a comprehensive summary of the service charges.
